Application procedure 

Applications are now closed.

Registration fees

On-site participation: 525€. 

Registration fees include:

• conference materials
• accommodation for 5 nights
• breakfasts and lunches
• coffee breaks
• shuttle from and to Ajaccio
• conference dinner
• logistics at IESC

To set up the payment, please first fill out the Google Form communicated to you in the email confirming your participation. You will be asked to choose between two payment options:

• ‘I will pay personally and get a receipt after payment’: If you choose this option, please send your payment of €525 via direct bank transfer. We have communicated the coordinates of the relevant bank account to successful applicants, please email us if you need these sending us again.

If you choose this option, please write ‘INTCHA 2026_[surname]’ as your payment reference, where [surname] is replaced by your family name. This will be used to identify your payment, which will be combined with the information you provide on the Google Form to produce a receipt. This will then be forwarded to you as proof of payment for reimbursements etc.

• ‘My institution pays through purchase order and therefore requires an invoice’: In this case, we will generate an invoice based on the supplied information. We will then send you a receipt following payment by your institution.

Members of the University of Chicago, of ESPCI Paris, or working in the United Kingdom, are eligible for reduced registration and transport fees. We also expect to have funds to provide additional travel grants and/or registration fee discounts. If you would like to apply for these, please indicate this on the Google Form.

Pre-booked cabins on the ferries are now filled.

If you have been informed that your application has been successful, please ensure that you have paid registration before February 20th 2026 to guarantee your place in the conference. Remaining spaces will be offered to applicants on the waiting list after this date.
