Application procedure

To apply for the conference, we kindly ask you to provide a short abstract (maximum 300 words). To access the application form, please follow these instructions:

To make your submission, first login to the conference website using your existing SciencesConf account or create a new one. The login button is in the top right-hand corner of this page.

Once logged in, click on the 'My submissions' tab on the left-hand menu (under the 'MY SPACE' heading) and select the 'Submit an abstract' option. Further information on the submission process can be found here.

On the next page, please provide your affiliation.

If you wish to present a poster: please select the 'Poster' submission type and submit your title and abstract for the poster. This should be on the work that you will present during the conference.

If you wish to attend without presenting: please select the 'Attendance' submission type and provide a brief description of your research interests and how these align with the interdisciplinary focus of the conference.

The number of participants in addition to the speakers is limited (60) and the organizing committee will select participants in order to ensure scientific and gender balance.

Application deadline: December 15th, 2025. Applicants will receive confirmation of their participation shortly after this date and will then be asked to officially register by paying registration fees.

If you encounter any difficulties or have any questions during this application process, please do not hesitate to contact us at intcha26@proton.me.
